Tour production manager

My responsibility as a Tour Production Manager was to oversee all the crew members on a tour, both semi trucks and managing freelancers, and work very closely with hotel staff to make sure rooms and needs were taken care of. 

Work with venue staff with security briefings, meet with greeters and deal with the venue’s runners. Watching load in & load outs and putting out any necessary fires during the process. 

The goal is to have the stage totally show-ready by soundcheck. make sure everything gets done day-to-day on the road. 

Other duties would be administrative making weekly schedules, budget reports, site plans and prep work for the next week shows.
