As Production Manager,

I was responsible for leading the teams that ensured quality productions for all events & productions.  I coordinate the daily activities of the production team during live and/or recorded events, which include but is not limited to video technology, lighting, audio mixing, equipment maintenance, programming and enhancements • Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel • Provide leadership to “dream team” volunteers by evaluation, developing and mentoring the team • Coordinate with the clients to ensure the appropriate lighting/audio, LED wall graphics and stage set for every production experience and event.
